It's time to recap some of the basics with this week's fitness, passing and receiving session.
The aim of this session is to ensure your players aren't fumbling the ball and are passing and receiving cleanly, picking out their target and passing accurately (with follow through towards their target and not across their body!)
What's in the Session?
To get your players working hard, spreading their fingers for maximum passing control, we hit the ground running with three fast running and passing warm ups. Following on from this we then look at the dynamic switch and the loop pass - getting your players to practice these passing moves at speed.
Now that your players are fully warmed up we keep our foot on the pedal and add a tackling element, working on passing before taking the contact and then finishing with a 1 on 1 exercise.
