This session develops young or inexperienced players confidence and skills when going into contact. As there things progress, players dramatically reduce the risk of injury and maximise the success of the tackle.
The skill the session develops aim to prepare the players to make effective tackles, working through a repertoire of styles and techniques. The session is designed to push players even when fatigued and will give you as a coach a brilliant idea of who are the natural leaders in the team and who wants it the most.
